Everything between “someone shipped on my name” and a filed notice.
Each panel below is the dashboard itself, with sample data. Nothing you see here is a drawing of the product.
An inbox, not a search result
New matches from every source land in one list with a score: 1.00 exact, 0.95 contains, 0.85 near, 0.75 sound-alike. Escalate, review or dismiss; dismissed stays dismissed until the listing changes.
Your own listing, filed as proof
Give the watch your seller name or bundle id and your own App Store, Play and trademark-office entries are filed as "own": kept, dated from first sight, never alerted, and cited in every notice as prior use.
USPTO, EUIPO and UK IPO hits weighted by Nice class
A filing for your name on clothing is not a conflict with your software. Filings at any of the three registers in your classes score in full, coordinated classes a little lower, unrelated classes lower still.
Notices written for each platform
Apple's IP dispute form, Google Play's trademark complaint, a USPTO Letter of Protest brief, EUIPO and UK IPO opposition briefs with the deadlines, a registrar notice for the web. Each cites your registration, your own earlier listing and the sealed capture.
Evidence that holds up
Full-page screenshot, HTML and the store’s raw payload, each hashed, with one manifest SHA-256 to quote. Block pages are detected and never passed off as evidence. A PDF pack per watch, on demand.
Alerts you can live with
Instant mail for strong new matches, or a daily or weekly digest per watch. The first run is a baseline and never alerts -- you get told about news, not about the landscape.
